"Ricky is the best rep!! He helps me through so many obstacles and getting my insurance coverage!! Thank you so much Ricky!! You are the best!! **UPDATE** this place is no longer a good one, they took me off policy without telling me and then claimed they sent a letter of to which I never found in my email. I was disappointed in this place because I really liked Ricky as my rep. Will never use State Farm again. They are bad neighbors."

"I made one general search online for car insurance. I then became sick with a covid infection. I spoke with Rocio once and explained that I am putting my insurance shopping on hold until I feel well again. I asked to not be called again. I said I would call her when I felt better. She was very kind and agreed to leave me alone. Nevertheless, her associate named Ricky has phoned me every day, sometimes multiple times each day. This is harassment. At this point, I wouldn't buy State Farm Insurance from anyone, regardless of their price."
